Our 100% free services are provided by a team of trained volunteers in an approach tailored to help the patient and their family deal with life threatening illnesses. Hospice’s blend of compassion and skill helps our patients and/or their families with:
|
-End-of-Life Care
- Respite Care For Caregivers - Grief Support |
- Educational Services
- Personal Care Supplies - And More |
Hospice of the Central Peninsula’s office and loan closet is open Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. While our office has limited hours, we understand that end-of-life does not happen only during those hours and our volunteers are available around the clock for direct care needs. Our Direct Care volunteers work with your schedule, and do not hold to our office hours. Please give us a call or shoot us an email if you would like more information on our direct care services.
